Great to meet you!

I support Black Women and other people of color who are navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, and identity shifts with a culturally affirming, trauma-informed approach that centers your truth and restores your power. When you’re ready to breathe, unravel, and begin again—I’m here. Black Men, other People of Color, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone else ready for healing and restoration are also welcome in this space.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing should feel like a homecoming—not a performance. My approach is rooted in cultural humility, radical acceptance, and deep respect for the lived experiences of Black women and other marginalized communities. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based practices like DBT, ACT, and EMDR to help clients reconnect with their bodies, clarify their values, and build sustainable emotional resilience. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and unapologetically real. I create space for you to show up fully—grieving, growing, questioning, or thriving—and I meet you there without judgment. Together, we’ll identify patterns that no longer serve you, process what’s been unspoken, and build a life that reflects your worth.

What you can expect from me

We start where you are—tired, curious, unsure, or determined—and we work together to define what healing looks like for you. I don’t hand you a checklist; instead, we collaborate to create goals that feel meaningful, realistic, and aligned with the life you want to build. Whether it’s managing anxiety, setting boundaries, processing trauma, or reclaiming your voice, your goals will always reflect your values—not someone else’s expectations.
