I am non-judgmental and open-minded about how I do therapy. It is my job to build rapport with the client and prove I can be trusted. In doing so, the client can feel comfortable enough to discuss whatever thoughts and feelings need to be addressed. I believe that if clients are not honest with themselves, they will not get anything out of therapy sessions. I offer honesty and I care.
I am invested in trauma therapy. I utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce symptoms, and regain a sense of control over their lives. I am passionate about helping individuals understand that healing is possible and that trauma does not have to define their future.
Through evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a collaborative treatment process, clients can develop effective coping skills, learn new ways to manage symptoms, and regain a sense of control over their lives. My goal is to help individuals build resilience, experience emotional growth, and achieve lasting freedom from the burdens of trauma so they can move forward with greater confidence, hope, and well-being.
