Great to meet you!

My therapeutic approach is grounded in collaboration, with the goal of supporting clients as they grow, explore, and integrate all aspects of their holistic selves in alignment with their personal values and goals. I recognize that life can bring periods of feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns of avoidance, anxiety, and discontentment. In response, I offer a trauma-informed, intermodal framework that incorporates creative and expressive arts therapies alongside evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic techniques, neuroscience, and nutrition-based insights—tailored to each client’s unique needs and interests. Together, we work to build practical skills that foster intentional growth and healing from past experiences, empowering clients to move toward more fulfilling and connected lives.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with individuals to help them reconnect with their authentic selves and move toward a fuller, more meaningful life. Using a trauma-informed, integrative approach, I draw from expressive arts therapy, CBT, EMDR, DBT, schema therapy, somatic work, and nutrition-based insights—tailored to each person’s unique needs. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, avoidance, or disconnection, I provide a supportive space to foster healing, growth, and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

My mission is to create a compassionate, collaborative space where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal and grow. I am committed to honoring each person’s unique story while integrating trauma-informed, creative, and evidence-based therapies to help clients reconnect with their wholeness and move toward a life aligned with their values, purpose, and well-being.
