Great to meet you!

Having a background in working with at-risk kids and adults in psychiatric inpatient programs, I am no stranger to crisis. But I also know that anyone can benefit from counseling. In my work as an outpatient therapist I can tell you that some of the most significant changes can happen when things are relatively stable. I'm ready to support you either way!

A bit about my approach to therapy

Years of experience has taught me that an authentic and caring relationship with my clients is the best foundation for positive growth and healing. I offer an eclectic, laid back, client-centered approach to counseling, with an emphasis on self care, coping skills and creating space to fully explore the challenges that are weighing you down.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide both individual and family counseling for adolescents and adults. I take a collaborative approach with my clients in addressing a variety of concerns including life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety/depression, mood disorders, stress management, parenting concerns, ADHD, behavior problems, blended families, self-esteem, and trauma/abuse - just to name a few!
