Great to meet you!

Therapy is a place for those who feel emotionally numb, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying pain alone. Many clients come in longing to feel alive again but unsure how to access that part of themselves, and that experience is met with patience, compassion, and respect. I believe numbness and withdrawal are often forms of protection rather than failure, and our work focuses on creating safety first—never forcing insight or emotion before you’re ready. You do not have to prove your pain to deserve care, and you are not beyond healing; even reaching for support is a sign that something in you is still reaching toward life.

My approach to therapy

I am laid back and open-minded, but also won't always agree with you. If you'd like a person to listen, ask questions, and provide another perspective, you've come to the right place!

What you can expect from me

The first session is different than most in that it involves a lot of information gathering and getting to know one another. We also discuss what to expect in future sessions at that time.
