Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate mental health nurse practitioner who is specialized in the treatment of adults with mental health conditions seeking treatment. I hold a Master’s in Nursing from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree from Towson University. I am skilled in treating and managing several mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, hyperactive disorders (ADD/ADHD), panic attacks, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I also provides psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management.

My approach to therapy

Listening is a very important skill. I make sure the client is well listened to and understood. Then also explaining things in simple terms makes the information welcomed and applied.

What you can expect from me

Starting with an introduction is always the best way to go. I create an environment where the client feels at ease to express themselves fully. This creates an atmosphere of ease which fosters a connection between provider and client. We set goal we want to achieve and work to achieve them in our sessions.
