Great to meet you!
Many of the clients I work with come to therapy for different reasons—anxiety, relationship stress, burnout, life transitions, caregiving responsibilities, or feeling overwhelmed by daily demands. Despite these differences, many share a common experience: their minds and bodies have been under stress for so long that they no longer feel rested, settled, or fully present. Many of my clients are capable, responsible adults who are used to managing a lot. They are often the person others depend on—the one who shows up, gets things done, and keeps going even when things are difficult.
On the surface, they may appear to be functioning well, but internally they feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. They may be carrying the weight of work demands, family responsibilities, caregiving, relationship stress, health concerns, or life transitions while wondering why everything feels harder than it used to.
You may be tired in a way that sleep does not fix. You may find yourself lying awake at night replaying conversations, worrying about the future, or questioning how much longer you can keep carrying so much on your own.
Clients often tell me they appreciate my practical, straightforward approach and the perspective I bring from years of helping people navigate difficult seasons of life. My goal is to provide a supportive and focused space where you can gain clarity, develop effective strategies, and begin feeling more like yourself again.
