Great to meet you!

My approach to counseling is to use existentialism to assist the client in reaching their journey with the accountability and acceptance that they are unique and powerful. By using a collaboration of tools, the individual is able to discover a pathway that requires hard work, but freedom in knowing that each step is celebrated. I value my client's journey as it is what has created their character, it is my desire to assist them to live life with purpose using their journey to succeed. My specialty areas gear towards adolescents, women, men, couples, and families. Main areas of focus consist of trauma, anxiety, depression, adolescent peer issues, relational issues, and development and concerns with spirituality. This collaboration has developed over 8 years of experience practicing in North Carolina, a graduate of Liberty University, and deep-rooted hands-on approach of cultivating life experience and education to gain an open-minded perspective to approaching healing.
