Great to meet you!

In the beginning of my career, I worked with individuals in crisis. This shaped my passion for helping people navigate through life's challenges and build joy back into their lives. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood instability, difficulty adjusting to life's transitions, relationship issues, and overall life dissatisfaction.

My approach to therapy

I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their experiences and process their thoughts and emotions. I believe in an integrative style of counseling that adjusts the counselor’s approach to match a client’s personality and needs. I incorporate evidence based interventions drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other Person Centered approaches.

What you can expect from me

I want to get to know you and what is important to you, and learn how I can support you. Together we will create goals that are specific to you and what you value in your life.
