Great to meet you!

As a therapist and social worker, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I understand that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and I value building authentic therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, compassion, and collaboration.

My approach is holistic, culturally responsive, and client-centered. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I also have a special interest in women’s mental health, including perinatal and postpartum mental health, identity development, and helping professionals manage burnout.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you do not have to “have it all together.” Together, we will explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and work toward meaningful, sustainable growth at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Clients often describe me as compassionate, relatable, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. My goal is to help you feel supported while also challenged toward healing, self-awareness, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and holistic. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based therapy to help clients build insight, improve coping skills, and create meaningful change. I also value cultural responsiveness and tailor therapy to each client’s unique experiences, goals, and pace.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we begin to build a strong therapeutic connection. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, and the goals you hope to work toward. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what support looks like for you, and determine whether we are a good fit. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we create a collaborative plan for your healing and growth.
