Letha Page is a LCSW and Qualified Supervisor based in Jacksonville, FL. Letha’s approach is rooted in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focus- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, among others, that focus on helping clients understand their physical response to external stressors and begin to problem-solve ways to introduce moments of calm, to choose to respond rather than react in the face of change.
