I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Humanistic approaches. I also use a trauma-informed lens in my work and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
For clients who desire it, I can also integrate Christian faith and values into the therapeutic process. I believe therapy should honor each client’s unique experiences, values, culture, and goals, and I strive to provide care that is both individualized and respectful.
Whether you are navigating a difficult season, working through past experiences, or seeking greater confidence and clarity in your life, I would be honored to support you along the way.
