LeTishia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Master of Arts in Counseling, and a Master of Arts of Christian Counseling. She is licensed by the State of New Jersey, Georgia and North Carolina as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Holding a Certification as a Director of School Counseling Services in New Jersey. She is also a National Certified Counselor by the National Board for Certified Counselors. Her extensive training and experience in counseling was received through working in a wide range of settings including hospitals, community-based mental health facilities, schools and higher education. She is a result-oriented Counselor empowering individuals to restore mental/emotional and spiritual balance through embracing the counseling process.

My approach to therapy

LeTishia's therapeutic approach is integrating Cognitive-Behavioral techniques to promote whole-person wellness within the following six dimensions of wellness; Emotional, Physical, Mental, Occupational, Social and Spiritual. In this way, she can provide you with individualized care to meet your unique needs.
