Great to meet you!

I am a double board-certified Child & Adolescent and General Psychiatrist, dedicated to supporting the mental wellness of children, adolescents, and young adults. After completing training at Howard University, the Medical University of South Carolina, and Wake Forest University, I gained valuable experience serving military families at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Over the past year in private practice, I have further refined my skills in providing personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and their families.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing goes beyond medication. My approach includes emotional support, healthy lifestyle changes, and practical strategies that help children and families bring balance to daily life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and collaborative space where they feel heard and respected. Sessions focus on understanding their unique experiences, exploring challenges, and identifying practical strategies for growth. My goal is for each client to leave feeling more empowered, balanced, and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
