Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that keep repeating. Many of the clients I see are use to holding it together on the outside while internally feeling anxious, irritable, or exhausted.

I have experience working in community mental health with individuals navigating complex trauma, high stress, and significant life challenges. That background has shaped how I show up in sessions—grounded, practical, and focused on helping you make real, lasting changes.

I specialize in working with anxiety and trauma, and I’m trained in evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I tailor treatment to each person, depending on what you need and what feels manageable for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured when needed, and always tailored to the individual. I focus on helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical tools you can use in your daily life.

Depending on your goals, I incorporate approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TF-CBT, Written Exposure Therapy, and ERP—especially when working with anxiety, trauma, or patterns that feel difficult to break. I also integrate trauma-informed care into all of my work, making sure we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

I tend to be warm and supportive, but also direct. I’ll help you process what you’re going through while gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck, so therapy feels both validating and productive.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like to get out of it. I’ll ask some questions about your current concerns, background, and any patterns you’ve been noticing, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and not judged. We’ll also begin identifying initial goals and talk about what working together might look like, including the pace and approach that feels right for you.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a better sense of direction and a clearer idea of how therapy can help you move forward.
