Great to meet you!

Hello therapy seeker, I'm glad you're here. My approach to therapy has a focus on authenticity, and the journey of processing life experiences to uncover the best parts of you that have been there all along. I utilize Parts Work to create a deeper understanding of the parts of us we wish we could change, or the trauma of our history that we wish to relate to differently. Let’s partner together on a journey of self-understanding and discovery. With a warm and empathetic approach, let's create a custom environment in which you feel safe, nurtured, and free to express yourself.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities to create a custom approach to meet the needs and preferences of the person I am working with. I enjoy blending neuroscientific approaches, such as Polyvagal Theory, with psychotherapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Inner Child work, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.

I offer a space of compassionate curiosity to guide you through old wounds, new struggles, self discovery, and self acceptance. Therapy can be a launching point for your most fulfilled and meaningful version of your life by developing positive relationships with yourself and others, and I am here for it!

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can be intimidating! My goal is to make it easy. For our first session, we will focus on what brings you to therapy and what you're looking to get out of this experience. We will work together to create an environment that fosters vulnerability and growth.
