Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My role is not to tell you how to live your life—you are the expert on your experiences. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover strengths, navigate challenges, and build the life you want.

I strive to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. Every person's journey is different, so I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs while gently encouraging growth when needed. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and one step closer to the life you deserve.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I use evidence-based practices while adapting my approach to meet your individual needs, goals, and personality. Together, we'll identify what's working, explore what's keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that support lasting change.

I value collaboration, honesty, and accountability. Therapy isn't about "fixing" you—it's about helping you recognize your strengths, process difficult experiences, and build the confidence and skills to move forward. I'll support you with compassion while also, when appropriate, challenging you, because meaningful growth often happens just outside our comfort zone.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll review important information about confidentiality, HIPAA, protected health information (PHI), and my role as a mandated reporter so you know what to expect and can feel informed from the start.

Most importantly, I'll spend time listening. I want to understand what brought you to therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different. Together, we'll begin creating a treatment plan with clear goals so we can celebrate your progress along the way.

My goal is not for you to stay in therapy forever. Therapy is designed to empower you—not create dependence. I want you to leave our work together feeling equipped with the insight, confidence, and tools to continue thriving long after our sessions have ended. Whether we're together for a few months or longer, my commitment is to help you move toward lasting healing and meaningful change.
