Great to meet you!

I have been in private practice for over a decade, and I specialize in working with women. By forming a close bond with my clients, I help women step fully into their lives, advocate fiercely for themselves, and live in alignment with their values. I love helping people lead a happier, more fulfilled life, often working through anxiety, depression, and relationship issues along the way. My clients joke that I am the therapist who will convince you to travel the world, make bold changes, and believe that almost anything is possible. I use holistic, evidence-based treatments and follow my client's lead, while still giving homework to keep momentum between sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is tailored to what a client needs. I am responsive to feedback while also leading sessions in a way that helps a client feel held and supported.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, compassionate space that is dynamic, engaging, and comfortable. I respect your boundaries and wishes while gently encouraging you to explore new options for your life. In our first session, we will talk through what brought you to therapy and start shaping a plan together. Therapy can feel like a really scary process to start, but with the right therapist, it gets much easier, and most clients tell me they feel more like themselves again within the first few sessions.
