Great to meet you!

I show up human first and foremost, I understand life’s complexity and a therapist second. My lived experiences shape the compassion, honesty, and steadiness I bring to each session.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor specializing in Sex Addiction and EMDR (MA, LPC, LCMHC, SATP) and the founder of UniquelyU Counseling. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, attachment, relationship patterns, and life transitions, with a strong focus on the mental and emotional wellbeing of Black boys and men.

Clients describe me as warm, direct, and deeply attentive. I’ll help you explore what’s beneath the surface, build emotional regulation, and strengthen your connection with yourself—all at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Here, you get to be fully seen and heard as you grow.

My approach to therapy

I listen to YOUR needs!

Most times you really just need to TALK.

What you can expect from me

I create a space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

My goal is to always work collaboratively with you to explore what’s beneath the surface, understand patterns, and build tools that help you manage emotions, navigate relationships, and connect more deeply with yourself—always at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
