Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric mental health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in nursing and advanced psychiatric care. I began my career by earning a Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree and later completed my Master’s degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing. I now provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for individuals across the lifespan.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I believe treatment is most effective when patients feel heard, understood, and respected. I focus on thoughtful, evidence-based medication management, patient education, and ongoing monitoring to ensure treatment is both effective and well tolerated.

What you can expect from me

During your first session with me, you can expect a relaxed, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment. I value active listening, clear communication, and shared decision-making as we work together to determine the best treatment approach.
