Great to meet you!

I believe meaningful change happens when you feel understood, supported, and safe enough to explore what may be keeping you stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on understanding not just what you are struggling with, but how your experiences have shaped the ways you cope, connect, and move through the world. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop greater emotional flexibility, and create changes that feel authentic and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, experiential, and whole-person. I integrate Brainspotting, somatic and mindfulness-based practices, experiential and expressive therapies, nature-informed therapy, and attachment- and parts-informed approaches. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, these approaches can help clients understand how past experiences, relationships, and their nervous system shape the ways they cope and connect.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm, collaborative space where emotions can be understood rather than judged or avoided. Goals may include learning to identify and tolerate difficult emotions, feeling less overwhelmed or reactive, expressing needs more openly, working through grief or trauma, and developing greater trust in yourself and your emotional experience.
