My passion for people and their wonderful intricacies led me to the world of therapy. I find great joy in helping people explore the complex puzzle pieces that comprise our inner selves.

I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s MSW program, where I completed the Certificate in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies.

My therapeutic style is eclectic, as I believe that there is not just one way to approach life, and similarly, there is not just one therapeutic lens that sees everything.

By drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, I can tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe that everyone has their own story to tell, and my goal is to help them explore and understand their story in a safe and supportive environment.

We begin our journey wherever you find yourself. You may be in the midst of shattering or trying to make sense of the fragments of your being that you now hold, or perhaps the fear of fracturing is keeping you stuck. I am here to accompany you on your journey wherever it may lead. Together, we will unearth your fractured pieces and learn to embrace those aspects of yourself that will forever be changed. I view growth and healing as an ongoing endeavor that is not always clear or linear.
