Great to meet you!
Getting older brings challenges that most therapists have never been trained to sit with. The loss of independence. Health changes that quietly reshape who you thought you were. A healthcare system that feels impossible to navigate alone. Grief that compounds over years in ways that are hard to name.
I am Lillian Marshall, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in medical social work. I spent years in clinical settings helping patients navigate discharge planning, connect to community resources, and find their footing after major health events. That experience gives me something most therapists do not have: I understand the systems, the transitions, and the particular weight that comes with aging in a world that rarely slows down enough to account for it.
I specialize in working with older adults navigating mental health challenges, substance use and recovery, major life transitions, and the emotional complexity that comes when health and identity start to shift.
