Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

I am a psychotherapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and personal growth. My approach is warm, friendly, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported without judgment.

I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a space where you can show up authentically and feel genuinely heard. Whether you are feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected in relationships, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I am here to help you on your path towards healing, clarity, and growth.

I use an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs and goals, drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we can work to build insight, strengthen your emotional resilience, improve your relationships, and develop practical tools for navigating your life more effectively.

My goal is not only to help you cope with challenges, but also to help you reconnect with your values, strengths, and sense of self in a deeper and more compassionate way.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I want therapy to feel like a conversation where you can speak openly and honestly without fear of criticism or shame. I understand that every person and relationship is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet each client’s specific needs and goals. By integrating different therapeutic approaches, I strive to help you build greater insight, emotional balance, healing, and meaningful change.

Most importantly, you can expect a space where you are listened to with care, respect, and empathy. My goal is to help you feel empowered and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s completely normal to feel nervous, uncertain, or even unsure of where to begin.

During our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I may ask questions about your personal history, relationships, emotional experiences, and current stressors to better understand the bigger picture of your life and needs. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
