Hello! I believe that therapy is a powerful tool that can be used for growth. However, finding your ideal therapist may be a challenge. My goal is to provide warmth, comfort, and understanding as we work collaboratively through your therapeutic experience. While being licensed in MD, VA, and DC, I am here to help you on your mental health journey.
I have experience working with adults in inpatient and outpatient settings, and psychiatric rehabilitation programs. I specialize in working with adults who present with a range of concerns, such as schizophrenia, bipolar, ADHD, anxiety, substance abuse, and relationship issues. My therapeutic orientations consist of REBT, solution-focused, and strength-based therapy.
For our first session, I will gather information about your background. We will set therapeutic goals that you would like to achieve and discuss how we can do that in therapy. We will discuss how often you would like to meet and collaborate from there.
