Therapy is a collaborative process — but one that requires effort, honesty, and a real willingness to change. My focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy which prioritizes discussing solutions over problems, anchoring sessions in the present and aiming for a future where current issues have less impact.
Working together, therapy is a supportive place where patterns are examined, assumptions are challenged, and new possibilities can take shape. In sessions, we focus on becoming empowered to push beyond old habits, learning to follow through on the commitments you make to yourself, and staying engaged with the work even when it feels uncomfortable.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level change. It’s about showing up for yourself with consistency and openness, even on the harder days. Through thoughtful reflection and persistent effort as we step into new territory, meaningful and lasting growth can take root.
