Great to meet you!

If you're dealing with anxiety that won't quiet down, depression that's taken the color out of things, grief that hasn't had space to breathe, or a relationship with substances that's become harder to manage, you don't have to figure it out alone. I work with adults who are navigating these challenges and the life transitions that often come with them. My approach is person-centered: I meet you where you are, not where anyone thinks you should be. No judgment, no timeline, just a space where you can be honest about what's going on.

My approach to therapy

I blend cognitive behavioral techniques with mindfulness and emotion-focused work, but what that really means is we'll focus on understanding your patterns, building skills you can actually use, and helping you move toward a greater sense of peace and self-awareness. I'm not here to fix you! I'm here to work with you while you figure out what needs to change and build the tools to make it happen.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you here and what you're hoping to work on, but there's no pressure to share everything at once; we move at your pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and clear on what our next steps look like together.
