Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist with over 4 years of experience working virtually with adults, adolescents, and couples across Maine. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, and panic and work collaboratively to help you find solutions to make life a little bit easier. My approach is direct but warm.

My approach to therapy

My work draws mostly from CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused therapy, approaches that are practical and grounded in what's helping you right now, not just what happened in the past. I stay curious about who you are as a whole person, and I adapt my approach as we go rather than sticking rigidly to a formula. Sessions feel like a real conversation: collaborative, honest, and sometimes even a little funny. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, couples conflict, trauma, LGBTQIA+ identity, and more.

What you can expect from me

We'll spend the first session getting to know each other. I'll ask what brought you in, what's felt hard lately, and what you're hoping therapy does for you. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we start — we'll find our direction together.
