Great to meet you!

Hello I’m Linda, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota. My dual licensure lets me treat mental health and substance use together, rather than separate problems, because for many they are closely connected.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, co-occurring disorders, life transitions, and grief. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgemental, and grounded in evidence-based practices, such as motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, EMDR and Indigenous Focus Oriented Therapy. Whether you are just starting therapy, supporting a loved one, or working through something that has been holding you back, I”ll meet you where you are and help you set goals that fit your life.

What you can expect from me

I believe change is possible, and that healing happens in a space where people feel respected, heard, and not defined by their struggles. This is what I can offer you in our sessions.
