Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona, California and Michigan with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. I work together with my clients to help them gain clarity, discover meaningful insights, and create lasting, positive change. I have worked extensively with women who are in difficult relationships, helping them find their voice and create strong boundaries for healthier choices for lifelong change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and supportive, while also being thoughtful and direct when it matters. I ask purposeful questions that encourage new perspectives and healthier ways of responding to life’s stressors. Above all, I strive to create a safe, trusting environment where clients feel heard and understood. I believe in caring for the whole person—emotionally, spiritually, and physically—in order to support deeper healing and long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

I help clients feel supported while exploring new ways of thinking, coping, and responding—addressing the emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical aspects of their well-being.
