Great to meet you!

I love seeing people become wiser as they go through their lives. So often we're not aware of what we're doing or thinking that is working against us. When we gain that clarity, our options for improving our lives are multiplied and we become empowered to go down new, healthier paths.

My approach to therapy

With consideration for each individual's needs, I tend to go to the root of issues. We need to see where the issue truly started and how it now plays out in your everyday life. That work is balanced with learning skills for dealing with everyday challenges as long as they still feel like challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about leading you through a brief but important process of laying a foundation of your life story to work from. While doing so we are creating a comfortable space for you to share and start to explore deeper meaning in your presenting challenges.
