Great to meet you!

I see my work with clients as an interactive partnership focused on supporting many types of life transitions common to active adult life, and senior adjustments. Typical clients present with concerns associated with personal life transition, various types of loss, stress management, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and personal / professional growth; including life and interview coaching. I bring background experience as an educator, success in corporate business and clinical mental health counseling.

I usually begin therapy utilizing a Cognitive Behavior, evidence based approach, I will help you set realistic goals, geared toward healthy personal growth and encourage the development of personal application of life long therapeutic tools. My approach is individualized to your specific situation and structured to help you manage acute symptoms as well as strengthen your self confidence in positive decision making.

What you can expect from me
