My approach to therapy

My approach is, in a word, holistic. I provide a safe and mindful environment in which we collaboratively examine you as a whole person to help you navigate familial stressors, trauma, grief issues and more. I will do my very best to help you move toward health and happiness.

What you can expect from me

During our work together, you will be able to express yourself in a safe, non-judgmental space.
