Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that I am compassionate, approachable, and committed to creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space. I understand that seeking mental health care can be difficult, and I take the time to listen to your concerns and understand what matters most to you.

My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I believe you should be an active partner in your treatment, so we will work together to develop a plan that fits your individual needs, preferences, and goals. Whether you need medication management, supportive therapy, or help understanding your symptoms, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and confident in your care.

Most importantly, you are more than a diagnosis. I will meet you where you are and support you as we work toward improved mental health, stability, and quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I take time to understand each client’s unique needs and goals, then develop an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and education. My goal is to help clients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their care.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, I will take time to understand your concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment goals. Together, we will discuss treatment options and create an individualized plan. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident about the next steps in your care.
