Great to meet you!

Hi. I am Linda Reichert, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). I have many years' experience, most especially with military populations, I've also travelled a fair amount and I try to keep open-minded.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma therapy, including combat trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault and have many years experience in these fields. I also do work in other areas such at the imposter syndrome, motivational interviewing, and co-dependence. I am very familiar with and practiced in Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

What you can expect from me

I prefer a rather casual approach and don't stand on much formality, while still keeping our sessions professional. I'm a strong believer in working with the client to create a plan that works for them, but I'm also a strong in believer in homework assignments that are designed to help you get the most out of your treatment. The 1st session will include getting to know each other a little, while setting goals, defining expectations, and creating a treatment plan.
