Great to meet you!

I work with virtually with adults ages 24+ who are seeking deeper insight into how past experiences may be shaping their present-day relationships, self-worth, emotions, and patterns of coping. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals navigating social anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, perfectionism, body image concerns, and/or a history of disordered eating.

I bring prior professional experience working in the Eating Disorder field (Residential, IOP, and outpatient settings). I do not provide initial eating disorder assessments nor accept step-down clients directly from Residential, PHP, or IOP programs, I do work with individuals who struggle with disordered eating or have a history of eating disorders. If a client has a past history of ED, only clients who have been in stable recovery from ED for a minimum of at least two years will be appropriate for my practice.

Education:

  • Master’s Degrees: New York University & William Paterson University
  • B.A. in Psychology: The George Washington University

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based. I integrate Somatic Therapy (body-based) with evidence-based practices including EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion work to help clients feel more grounded, emotionally resilient, and connected to themselves and others. Sessions may include reflective writing, movement, creative interventions, coping skills, and practical tools that support healing both emotionally and physically.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe my style as warm, collaborative, honest, and deeply supportive. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, understood, and safe enough to explore difficult experiences with curiosity and compassion. My approach is shaped not only by professional training, but also by my East Coast roots — bringing directness, authenticity, and genuine care into the work we do together. Starting in the first session, we will discuss your primary therapy goals, treatment interventions, as well as inviting positive therapist-client rapport.
