Great to meet you!

I have been an outpatient therapist working with individuals ,couples and families for 25+ years. My approach is interactive mainly using a cognitive behavioral approach.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to meeting patients where they are both emotionally and otherwise and address whatever issues or obstacles they face to enhance their quality of life. I have been told many times that what they experience in the therapy room has given them a wider perspective on life and more insight in ways that have improved their quality and happiness. I also work with deeper issues where one may be experiencing psychosis and will team with medical providers to ensure more quality of life.

What you can expect from me

I often use reading and workbook materials to enhance knowledge, develop skills, and awareness. It is always my privilege to be working with all of my patients past present and future. And I look forward to working with you.
