Great to meet you!

With a clinical foundation beginning in 2013, I bring an extensive background in psychiatric care across the lifespan. My experience spans the full spectrum of mental health—from the fast-paced environment of emergency departments and hospital consultation-liaison work to specialized care in inpatient and correctional settings.

Having treated children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient capacities, I offer a unique, well-rounded perspective. I am dedicated to using this breadth of expertise to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each patient's specific journey.

My approach to therapy

Choosing the right provider is a significant step, and I am committed to making that journey as clear and supportive as possible. My approach is rooted in years of experience within high-acuity clinical settings, which has taught me the value of thoughtful, streamlined care.

I believe that mental wellness shouldn't be complicated or prohibitively expensive. My philosophy prioritizes "clean" regimens; I am cautious with polypharmacy, as I believe the most effective treatment is often the most manageable one. Furthermore, I am a firm advocate for financial transparency in healthcare. We will work together to find a treatment plan that is both clinically excellent and sustainable for your budget, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to your progress.

What you can expect from me

Our initial 60-minute consultation is a dedicated space for you to share your story. We will move beyond just "symptoms" to discuss your history, your concerns, and what you hope to achieve.

My goal is to ensure you leave this session with a clear understanding of your diagnostic picture and a collaborative "first step" forward. Whether we are reviewing your current medications or starting fresh, you can expect a non-judgmental environment where your financial and clinical needs are the primary focus.
