Great to meet you!

From the outside, you are high-achieving, capable, and completely on top of things. But on the inside, constant mental tracking, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, forgetfulness, and rumination have left you completely burned out. Standard time-management advice and anxiety tips don't work for a neurodivergent brain (ADHD, OCD, Autism) or deep chronic stress. Your brain being wired differently or being at a breaking point means your path out of burnout has to look different. I help hard-working professionals, young adults, and older teens unmask their authentic selves and overcome severe burnout or executive functioning challenges.

My approach to therapy

Often, this exhaustion comes from workplace masking, academic stress, or the toll of religious deconstruction. I heavily specialize in the intersection of neurodivergence and chronic health conditions (POTS, EDS, MCAS, PMDD, PCOS). If you're navigating professional boundaries, a brain that's always on, or medical and spiritual trauma, I know how heavy it is. My style is warm, relational, and deeply collaborative—meaning I am not a 'blank slate' therapist. I will meet you with radical, non-judgmental safety, but I will also be completely straight-up with you as we collaboratively navigate what is keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

Together, we won't just talk about stress or how you can't shut your brain off—we will work collaboratively to change self-doubt, quiet the internal guilt, and build boundaries that actually protect your peace. You don't have to keep pushing through the exhaustion alone. Reach out for a brief, no-pressure chat, and let’s build a realistic way forward.
