Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with 6 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and other emotional challenges. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. My academic and clinical training have equipped me with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and providing therapeutic support across diverse populations.

My approach to therapy

My practice is grounded in a person-centered, collaborative and compassionate approach: I create a warm, non judgmental space where you are free to explore your inner world, understand relational patterns and unconscious drives, and cultivate meaningful change. I’m trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Grief Counseling, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques to tailor treatment to individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard and supported. Together, we will work toward gaining insight into patterns, building on personal strengths, and developing practical tools for navigating life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, grounded and connected - to yourself and to others.
