Hi, I'm Dr. Lindsay Cavanagh and I am happy to have almost 20 years of experience treating individuals and couples. I take a holistic and integrative approach to helping clients work through challenges. I prioritize in creating a safe space for support and compassion. My style is warm, empathetic, and respectful while focusing on getting you the results you seek. Therapy can help you experience life in a new way and I'm excited to help you get there.

With specialities in individual and couples therapy, I ensure your counseling session is grounded in scientific research but is still tailored to your needs and goals. I have unique training in marriages, trauma, anxiety, grief, and relational challenges.

It takes a lot of courage to talk to someone you don't know about some of your biggest challenges, so I'm honored you are even considering it. I would love to be part of your journey.

As I said, I take a holistic and integrative approach to helping clients work through challenges. I tend to be solution-focused and what to ensure you are meeting your goal sin a meaningful way. I'm open to feedback and love for it to be a collaborative process.
