Great to meet you!

I really believe people grow best when we build a real, collaborative relationship together. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I value authenticity, inclusivity, and creating a space where people from diverse backgrounds feel understood and supported. If you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, or going through a tough life transition, you don’t have to handle it alone. I’m here to support you. We’ll work through it together, focus on what matters most to you, and build a path forward that helps you feel more steady and in control. Let’s take this one step at a time, as a team.

My approach to therapy

I’m a solution-focused therapist who pulls from different therapeutic approaches so each session is shaped around what you need most.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression and anxiety, trauma or other life stressors. During our initial sessions, we'll discuss what is bringing you to therapy and what goals you hope to accomplish with treatment. We will create together a plan that works best for you to help you see those goals through.
