Great to meet you!

I majored in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University and am now a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have grown to love my neurodiverse clients and helping individuals and families work through traumatic experiences. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, solution-focused trauma approaches, value and hope-based therapies, affirming therapy, and play modalities. I love helping people rediscover their hope, heal, and live authentically.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the relationship between a client and counselor is sacred and built on trust, honesty, and a genuine, authentic connection. In order for you to make progress in therapy, you have to be able to form a good connection with someone you can feel comfortable and safe with.

What you can expect from me

Your initial session with me focuses on building this relationship and making sure you can find the comfort and safety you need. We will then work toward your goals together at a pace that is comfortable for you.
