Great to meet you!

You may look like you’re holding it all together—but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted. I work with adolescents and adults who are managing high levels of stress, relationship strain, or persistent self-doubt, often while balancing demanding careers or family roles. Most of my clients are insightful and capable, yet find themselves stuck in patterns of overthinking, emotional reactivity or burnout. Therapy provides a space to slow down, understand what's driving these patterns & learn how to respond differently. My approach is both practical and in-depth that help you feel more in control, confident & connected.

My approach to therapy

I help individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My work focuses on people who feel misunderstood or stuck in repeating patterns. I also specialize in psychological assessment (ADHD, ASD and complex/twice-exceptional profiles). These evaluations provide clarity in self-understanding & effectiveness.

What you can expect from me

We focus on building real tools to manage anxiety, improve communication and create more balance while also addressing the underlying emotional/relational dynamics that keep patterns in place. I draw on CBT, EMDR & attachment-based therapies, tailoring the process to fit your needs & how your mind works. Clients tell me they feel relief in being understood.
