Great to meet you!

Welcome. Visiting this page took courage and it speaks to your desire and readiness for change. It would be my privilege to assist you as a therapist with over 10 years experience helping individuals. I provide a safe, supportive space for my clients to process the challenges they are facing and move towards growth, healing, and healthy mental well-being. I am here to help you become the best version of yourself, build strength, and be a survivor of all things life has thrown your way.

My approach to therapy

Together we can rewrite the messages you tell yourself (about yourself and your life). Using a CBT, Trauma Focused approach, I will help you to make sense of your life and build resiliency. I can help you to explore and better understand how past difficult experiences play a role in your mental health, and how to heal from them. Eventually the pieces will begin to come together and a sense of wholeness and peace can take place. Some of my clients have described therapy as being transformative.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about supporting the Trans and LGBQ+ communities and provide HRT referral letters when appropriate. I have specialized training in working with these communities. I am affirming of all genders, races, nationalities, and abilities. I invite you to call or e-mail me to schedule a free phone consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.
