Great to meet you!

Some of the most meaningful growth happens in the middle of life’s hardest seasons. Much of my professional experience is rooted in community behavioral health, where I worked alongside individuals facing severe mental health challenges. Through this work, I developed a deep respect for the resilience people carry while navigating pain, change, and uncertainty.

I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, caregiving stress, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients process difficult emotions while moving toward meaningful healing and growth.

I also enjoy working with individuals within the Christian faith who wish to explore and deepen their faith as part of their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is to provide a warm and supportive space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. Together, we process emotions and experiences while also exploring underlying core beliefs and developing practical tools that clients can use in their everyday lives.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing your story and what brings you to therapy. We will talk about what has or has not worked for you in the past, what you hope to gain from counseling, and the goals you would like to work toward moving forward.
