Great to meet you!

So happy to meet you! As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I strongly believe in prioritizing yourself and mental health. I've been practicing for the past 8 years working with a variety of clients in all different ages and backgrounds, but within most of my years in practice, I focus on adults in their 20s-40s who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain as they navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, family issues, and boundaries.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a welcoming, relaxed environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings openly without fear of judgment or pressure to filter yourself. I believe the best therapy happens through a genuine connection built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while exploring challenges, building on your strengths, and working toward healing and personal growth. You don't have to navigate life's ups and downs alone, and I would love to support you along the way!

What you can expect from me

During the first session, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space to begin discussing what brings you to therapy. We will explore current concerns, presenting symptoms, and any challenges that may be impacting daily life, as well as background information related to family history, important relationships, social supports, and other experiences that may help provide a fuller understanding of your story. Together, we will begin identifying goals for therapy and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. The first session is an opportunity to build comfort, establish connection, and create a foundation for treatment that feels supportive, personalized, and aligned with your needs!
