Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Lindsay! I am here to help you on your healing journey. I have deep commitment to supporting folks on their journeys to healing and empowerment.

I specialize in helping people overcome low self-esteem, codependency and unhealthy relationships that stem from past trauma. Additionally, I provide guidance and support for managing challenging life transitions, helping you navigate these pivotal moments with confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My job as a therapist is to help shine a light on your own inner wisdom, and guide you through the healing process in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I believe that when we approach life’s challenges with curiosity rather than criticism we are better able to reach a sense of peace and acceptance.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you will have the chance to share your story, explore your goals, and the specific challenges you're facing. Overall, you can expect a supportive and empathetic environment where your experiences are validated. We will work together and navigate the path forward toward healing.
