Great to meet you!

My communication style is nonjudgmental, authentic, and grounded in honesty, empathy, and respect. I believe that meaningful therapeutic work happens when clients feel safe enough to be themselves and know they will be met with understanding rather than criticism. My goal is to create a space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while feeling genuinely supported throughout the process.

I take a holistic approach to therapy and believe it is important to understand the whole person, not just the challenges that bring them to treatment. Together, we may explore areas such as work-life balance, childhood experiences, relationships, physical health and well-being, cultural influences, personal values, and future goals. By considering the many factors that shape your life, we can develop a deeper understanding of your experiences and create a path toward meaningful, lasting growth.

I strive to balance compassion with honesty, offering both support and thoughtful feedback when appropriate. My goal is to help you gain insight, strengthen self-awareness, and make choices that align with the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

Staying open and truthful about what we really want, and then setting the intention to practice, stay present, and work toward our goals, is the foundation for creating meaningful and lasting change in our lives. While the journey is not always easy, growth becomes possible when we approach ourselves with honesty, patience, and a willingness to keep moving forward, even through challenges. Therapy can provide a supportive space to explore what matters most to you, deepen self-awareness, and build the tools needed to create the life you want. If you are ready, I would be honored to support you on your journey back to yourself.

What you can expect from me

We can not change the past and we have little control of the future, but we can control how we react and allow the present to affect us. When we have a connection with our na’au (gut) we feel greater confidence in deciding what is right for us. What we feel pulled toward and what repels us, are subtle but powerful feelings often muted by the pressures and overwhelm of mainstream life. When we are connected to our bodies, the ʻāina, and our na’au, we have the opportunity to feel a deep sense of belonging and reach our fullest potential. It is my intention to help guide you to that place in which you feel grounded, connected and whole.
