Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Portland State University in 2022 and I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2025. I have worked as a hospital social worker since 2022. I love my work in the medical setting and have the opportunity to provide immediate support to numerous individuals. However, I have been missing the opportunity to work with individuals long term to address their needs and goals. I have had some difficult times in life and sought out therapy for support. I found therapy immensely helpful at those times in my life. That, coupled with my desire to help people and make a difference, led me here wanting to provide the same compassion and support to others who are seeking it.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based. We will work together to identify what is important to you, build on your existing strengths, and find strategies that best fit your needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. However, I recognize that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I will adapt our work to what feels most helpful to you. We'll work on developing practical coping skills, exploring patterns in your life, working through difficult emotions, or identifying meaningful steps toward change.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, validated, and a little more equipped to navigate whatever life brings you. That may include gaining new tools, building confidence in your ability to cope, or moving closer to a personal goal. I want our work together to feel meaningful, practical, and tailored to you.

You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are and work together toward what matters most to you.
